Tutor LMS Pro: Every Add-on Explained
A clear guide to every Tutor LMS Pro add-on: what it does, what it needs and when to enable it, plus the Pro features that are not add-ons.
Checked against the plugin source: Tutor LMS 4.1.3, Tutor LMS Pro 4.1.3

Tutor LMS Pro is organized into add-ons that you switch on individually under Tutor LMS > Add-ons. Enabling only what you use keeps the admin simpler and the site lighter. This guide lists every add-on in Tutor LMS Pro 4.1.3, what it does and what it requires, followed by the Pro features that are always on.
Selling and access
Course Bundle
Group several courses and sell them together at one price. Bundles are their own post type (course-bundle) and, since 4.0, can have an expiry. See course bundles.
Subscription
Sell recurring plans through native eCommerce, with billing intervals, trials and trial fees. Plans and subscriptions have their own tables. See subscriptions.
Paid Memberships Pro, Restrict Content Pro, WooCommerce Subscriptions
Each connects Tutor LMS to that plugin so course access follows membership levels or subscriptions. They need their plugin installed and active.
Enrollment
Lets administrators enroll students in courses manually, one at a time or in bulk. See manual enrollment.
Tutor Course Preview
Mark individual lessons as free previews that visitors can watch before enrolling.
Tutor Prerequisites
Require students to complete other courses first, to build learning paths.

- Guest checkout and invoices.
- Gift a course.

Version matching
Tutor LMS Pro checks that the free plugin is at least the version it was built for (Pro 4.1.3 needs Tutor LMS 4.1.3 or newer). If the free plugin is older, Pro's features do not load and a warning appears. Keep both on the same version. After updating one, always update the other. If Pro features suddenly disappear, check this first.
Frequently asked questions
Do add-ons slow the site down?
Each enabled add-on loads its own code and sometimes scripts. Disable the ones you do not use.
Can I extend a Pro add-on?
Yes. Pro adds its own hooks on top of the core plugin. Our Pro customization service builds extensions on them.
