Tutor LMS on a network
What Tutor LMS does on multisite
Tutor LMS stores its settings, posts and custom tables per site, as WordPress does for most plugins. In the core code, multisite awareness is limited to a few checks, for example verifying during login that a user is a member of the current site. There are no network-level Tutor LMS settings. Plan for each site being its own LMS.
Single site alternatives
If the goal is to separate audiences rather than brands, one Tutor LMS site with private courses, categories, groups or membership levels is often simpler to run and report on. We compare both before you commit.
Building network features
Network reporting reads Tutor LMS data from each site and aggregates it. Course distribution exports courses from a master site and imports them into member sites (Tutor LMS Pro's import and export tools help here). Single sign-on and shared user rules are handled at the network level. See our multisite guides.
